This policy explains when you can cancel a service and how refunds work. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Cancelling before we start

You can cancel a filing at any time before our team starts processing it, from your account or by contacting us. If you have paid, we refund the full service fee.

2. Cancelling after we start

Once processing has started, we refund the service fee less the work already done: [for example, 50% refund before the draft is shared with you, and no refund after you confirm the draft or after the filing is submitted to the department].

3. Fees we cannot refund

Government fees, late fees and penalties paid to a department on your behalf cannot be refunded by us once paid to the department.

4. If we cannot complete the service

If we cannot complete a service for reasons within our control, we refund the full service fee.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid to the original payment method within [7] working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.

6. Questions and complaints
