We want to put things right quickly if something goes wrong. This policy is published under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Rules, 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.

1. How to complain

Use the grievance form, or contact our Grievance Officer, whose name, email and phone number are shown at the foot of every page and on the grievance form page.

2. What happens next

  • You get a reference number straight away, and an acknowledgement email within 48 hours.
  • We investigate and send you a written response within one month of receiving your complaint.
  • Requests about your personal data (access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, nomination) are answered within 90 days, and usually much sooner.

3. If you are not satisfied

For complaints about personal data you may approach the Data Protection Board of India. For consumer complaints you may contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915, consumerhelpline.gov.in) or the appropriate Consumer Commission.
